About the event
This class will focus on deep release and lubrication of fascia in a gentle and nourishing way. As we shift from Autumn to Winter, this practice will focus on flushing the Lungs, closing the letting go process of Autumn. Taking your awareness deep into the fibres of your body through subtle movement and guided attention.
You will need a mat, a blanquet and a strap, belt or long scarf.
