About the event
This class will focus on deep release, flossing and flushing the lymphatic system in a gentle and nourishing way. As we settle into Winter, this practice will focus on flushing the Kidneys and lower abdomen, keeping the winter waters flowing. Taking your awareness deep into the fibres of your body through subtle movement and guided attention.
You will need a mat, a blanquet and a strap, belt or long scarf.
