Indian Summer is the time of harvest. A time to reap the rewards of our labour.
In this course we will look at the whole of our being through the lense of Indian Summer.
What happens in our body?
What feelings are most prevelant at this time of year?
What are the energetic archtypes of Indian Summer and how they manifest through us.
As a practice we will focus on the Earth element, Stomach and Spleen, what nourishes us, what is happening in nature to support our physical wellbeing, the types of practices which are most appropriate for this time.
