Day 1: Foundations (Friday 6pm-9pm)

About Your Teacher

Abby Del Sol is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher and pioneering Sound Healing practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She was the first to bring Gong Sound Healing to Argentina and has trained hundreds of yoga teachers around the world.

Abby's teaching is grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic applications. She trained extensively with Don Conreaux and has been integrating sound healing into yoga classes since before it became mainstream.

Her students describe her teaching as clear, confident, and deeply practical, you will leave knowing exactly how to implement what you've learned.

What if I've never done sound healing before?

Perfect! This training is designed for yoga teachers and therapists who want to add sound healing to their offerings. No prior sound healing experience necessary.

Do I need to own instruments?

No! You'll have full access to bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments during the training. You'll learn what to look for when purchasing, but ownership is not required to participate.

Can I get Yoga Alliance credit?

Yes. This training provides 20 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Hours. You'll receive a certificate upon completion.

What's the difference between the retreat and training-only options?

The retreat option includes accommodation (2 nights in a shared villa) and all meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch, creating a fully immersive experience. The training only option is just the educational component. Perfect if you are local or prefer to arrange your own accommodation. Both receive the same 20 CE hours and training content.

What if I can't attend the full weekend?

The training is designed as a complete experience and certification requires attendance at all sessions. If you have a genuine conflict, please contact us to discuss options.

What's included in the retreat accommodation?

You will stay in a beautiful local villa with other participants (shared accommodation, separate beds). It's comfortable, clean, and creates a lovely community atmosphere. All meals are vegetarian and can accommodate dietary requirements. We will send you a questionnair so you can let us know specifics after you register.

How do I get to Jubrique?

Jubrique is approximately two hours from Málaga airport. Detailed travel information and carpooling options will be provided upon registration.

What's the cancellation policy?

Your €150 deposit is non-refundable as it holds your spot. If you cancel before July 17, your remaining balance can be transferred to a future training. No refunds after July 17.

Is there a payment plan?

The deposit system already functions as a payment plan €150 now, balance due July 31.
