In this course we will look at the whole of our being through the lense of Spring.
What happens in our body?
What feelings are most prevelant at this time of year?
What are the energetic archtypes of Spring and how they manifest through us.
As a practice we will focus on the Wood element, our Liver, our projects and dreams, what is happening in nature to support our physical wellbeing, the types of practices which are most appropriate for this time.
