5Rhythms & Voice
Facilitated by Abby Delsol & Beata Eckert
Following the 5Rhythms® map – flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and silence, which dance together, create a powerful, dynamic meditation in movement, we will incorporate archaic, improvised vocal techniques to unleash powerful, ethereal, and meditative sounds.
Listening to the body’s whispers, we will seek connection with our Soul, seeking and expanding the range of possibilities for self-expression in what is.
We will explore:
How am I connected to my Soul?
How does it move me, how do I hear it?
What is its movement and voice like?
We learn and explore the relationship between movement and voice.
We will free our body and voice, discovering our uniqueness and inner Power.
This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of Age or experience are not an issue. Your curiosity and willingness to experience are enough!
