This retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself, to reclaim the parts of you that society taught you to tame, quiet, and hide away.

Your Journey Back to Yourself

This isn't about becoming something new. It's about peeling back the layers of conditioning to reveal the woman you've always been beneath the expectations, the roles, the "shoulds."

We'll gather in the stunning landscape of southern Spain, where we'll visit powerful natural sites including the Cueva del Hundidero, entering the darkness to embrace our shadows and emerge more whole.

• 5 Rhythms Dance – Move your body, release what no longer serves you

• Voice Liberation through singing & chanting – Speak your truth, claim your sound

• Sound Bath – Deep restoration and cellular healing

• Embodiment Practices – Awaken your senses, trust your body's wisdom

• Nourishing meals and spacious time to rest and integrate

Retreat Details

Dates: April 16–20, 2026

• Arrival: April 16, between 2–5pm

• We begin: 6pm on April 16

• Closing circle: Evening of April 19

• Departure: 10am on April 20

Where?: Tone of Life Centre, Jubrique, Spain

How to ge there: The closest international airport is Malaga. Jubrique is a 2 hour drive away. There is no public transport so we recommend you either rent a car at the airport or we will organize a shuttle for those in need of transport.
