Winter Emergence

Winter is the time for going inward, in the long dark nights meeting with our shadow and or light. Restoring our mind body and soul to gather strength and courage for the start of a new cycle.

In this course we will look at the whole of our being through the lense of Spring.

What happens in our body?

What feelings are most prevelant at this time of year?

What are the energetic archtypes of Winter and how they manifest through us.

As a practice we will focus on the Water element, our Kidneys and Bladder, our innate wisdom, intuition and faith, what is happening in nature to support our physical wellbeing, the types of practices which are most appropriate for this time.

When we look at how nature manifests around us at this time, we can easily find the answers and medicines she provides.

This knowledge or nature's wisdom will be our guide in creating aligned practices to find greater ease and balance, either for your own personal development or as part of your offering to others.

This is a holistic, interdisciplinary hybrid live online and virtual educational experience. Connective coursework will be delivered live and virtually, with archives of the classes to support you.

You will receive 4 modules of recorded material, one every 10 days, to work through at your own pace, as well as bi-monthly Live, Online Dharma talk and Practice Sessions.
